Truth is the new wrong
Teenage life isn't amazing for everyone.
So many side attractions distracting us from the real deal — Life!
Many depressed souls with smiling faces.
Many people wanting to do what others do
Without an idea of what they really are.
So many blown away by the wind of life
And finding themselves in places they don't belong.
Forgetting who they really are
for the sake of belonging with others.
Skyscrapers distorting their height
In admiration of the ground.
A life not meant for everyone
Cruelty and lust the pleasure of lost souls
Crawling back to find their origin
A safe haven no one sees.
Growing kids see the world as it is, afraid of rejection
Eventually, change will die.
The truth is the new wrong
Reality is only but a lie
Hearts that should be on fire cannot stand up to their desires.
Believe in the shades of different you are
The world is slowly changing the taste of society;
The wrong and sad heights of reality everyone sees
but do not feel or understand
The newer dimensions; a doomed certainty
One must know
We must know
A certain life is not meant for everyone
And at a certain point, it all fades away.
