In this interview, Rémy Ngamije talks about making the shortlist list of the Afritondo Short Story Prize 2021 with his short story "The Hope, The Prayer, and the Anthem (or The Fall So Far)." He also talks about writing and other issues in Africa.

Rémy is a Rwandan-born Namibian writer and photographer. His debut novel "The Eternal Audience Of One" is forthcoming from Scout Press (S&S), and he was shortlisted for the AKO Caine Prize for African Writing in 2020.
